Did you know it's okay to love yourself?

 

Healthy self-love helps you develop a better understanding of what you need, and respect yourself as a worthy individual. This allows you to give wholesome and genuine love to others. When you feel content and happy with yourself, you can give unconditional love, without relying on others for validation or happiness.
 
  • Set boundaries
    Let go of people, habits, relationships, and ideas that aren't serving you. 
     

     
  • Forgive yourself
    No one is perfect, and you can increase self-love by forgiving yourself for mistakes and committing to improving your behavior.
      
     
     
  • Improve your self-talk
