"Help is here" is Psalm 121:1-2, which reads, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, Which made heaven and earth".
The Bible also teaches that God has provided help in the form of the Holy Spirit, who can guide, direct, and strengthen people. The Holy Spirit can help people:
Learn who the Spirit is and how the Spirit can help
Become joyful, enthusiastic, and empowered
Confidently take on any difficulty
Discover their unique gifts and purpose
The Holy Spirit can also be an intercessor and advocate, praying for people when they are in pain or anguish.
Hebrews 13:5 says that God will never leave us or forsake us. The next verse begins, “SO THAT we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper, and I will not fear . . . ”! In other words, since it is true that God will never leave or forsake us, that means God is with us. He's on our side, and He's with us to help us!
